Language Assessment, Referral and Counselling Centre is a service of the Catholic Social Services. Since 1961, Catholic Social Services has been welcoming and assisting immigrants and refugees to settle and integrate into Canadian Society.
Our multilingual and culturally diverse staff provide various settlement, educational, language/language assessment, employment and outreach services to immigrants and refugees from all cultures, ethnic origins, religions and immigration categories. Our services are free and are offered in English, French, and more than 35 other languages.
