Membership
ATESL is a thriving organization of education professionals that provides many special opportunities to its members. These include:
- A quarterly provincial newsletter full of the latest developments in ESL, classroom ideas, news from other provinces and more.
- Automatic membership in ATESL local chapters and TESL Canada.
- Subscription to TESL Canada Journal, professional journal issued twice yearly that includes articles on classroom research, teaching techniques and activities, testing, and publication reviews.
- Discounts when registering for ATESL and TESL Canada Conferences.
- An opportunity for professional accreditation (for members with the appropriate training and experience in ESL).
- Opportunities for discussing ESL-related issues with other professionals.
- Access to ESL/EFL job postings.
Our annual fee is low, and you must be a member of ATESL to apply for ATESL Accreditation. You can apply for your membership today using the online membership form. See the Registration link on the left.
