Membership Application
You have three methods you can choose from to apply for membership with ATESL or to renew your existing membership.
- You can download and print the ATESL PDF Membership Application form as a PDF file, complete the form by hand, and mail it to us along with the appropriate membership fee.
- You can download a Word version of the ATESL Word Membership Application form. You can then type in the information, print it, and mail it to us along with the appropriate membership fee.
- You can use the secure ATESL Online Membership Application form and payment form below. This includes providing a way for you to pay for your membership fee using our secure online payment service.
The Application Process
Regardless of which method you choose, you will be asked to complete the following application process.
- Provide some personal information including your name, complete mailing address, and email address (if applying online).
- Select your membership status (new or renewing).
- Choose the type of membership you wish to apply for. ATESL offers 4 choices:
- Volunteer membership.
- Student membership (you must be enrolled in full-time studies to qualify).
- Retired or unemployed membership.
- Regular membership. You can select to pay for 1 year or 2.
- Select the area closest to you.
- Pay your membership fee.
You will receive email confirmation that you have registered and an email confirmation once your membership application has been processed. Once you are a member, you will be able to apply for a web membership that gives you all the privileges we offer our members. You are also able to apply for ATESL accreditation.
