The ATESL Best Practices website workshop will showcase the website and focuses on the sections on Indigenization and Anti-Racism. It further explores best practice statements, vignettes, references and PD resources, classroom and community resources with a walk-through of the document through the web.

Herly Cervera works as a project consultant/writer of the revised ATESL Best Practices. She has almost 10 years of work experience in university as professor in the Languages Department and a coordinator of the Mass Communication program in the Philippines. In Canada, she both worked as LINC and employment-based instructor for more than 9 years. She enjoys doing research and materials development, and describes herself as life-long learner!
