Responding to the Challenges of Multi-Mode Delivery for Literacy Learners

Student Engagement In-Class, Online and Hybrid

Presenters: Donna Clarke and Jeremy Wilson (TIES)

In the last 14 months, learners and instructors have responded to an ever-changing landscape of ESL facilitation with courage and determination. Donna and Jeremy of the Literacy Centre of Expertise at TIES will discuss how they have kept the students engaged and adapted face to face routines, activities and assessment for both online and hybrid delivery. They will focus on adaptations made for low-level literacy learners with limited digital literacy skills.
