WORKFORCE ESSENTIAL SKILLS (WES) TRAINERS
Location: Central Alberta
Compensation: Commensurate with skills

For over 20 years AWES has helped organizations looking to improve productivity, employee performance, retention, safety, and ROI through tailored essential skills training. WES are the foundation skills that workers need to be able to learn new skills and adapt to an ever-changing workplace environment, especially with the rapid pace of technological advances. As demand for our services grows, we are also looking to grow our team of WES Trainers throughout Alberta.
We are looking for curriculum developers and trainers with experience in a workplace setting and an understanding of Essential Skills and Canadian Language Benchmarks for project work including:
· Curriculum development
· Workshop delivery
· Workplace training
· Needs assessments
