ATESL Advocacy Committee’s Lemon-Aide: Resources for Teaching Online during the CoVid-19 pandemic.
Canadian ESL teachers are suddenly faced with the challenge of supporting our English Language Learners with online environments. Many of us are wondering how we can best work with our learners when many of them have limited experience with technology and English. In response, many teachers have stepped forward to share free webinars on how to engage ESL learners online. Every day, ESL Teachers will be demonstrating tested technologies and teaching strategies that have worked with their own learners. Our current circumstances have given us lemons and we offer you lemon-aide.
This presentation will review teaching strategies and free apps that will help you maintain your learners’ relationship with you, with the content, and with each other.
