The ATESL 2021 Annual General Meeting is taking place on Friday, October 15th at 4:45PM. It will be hosted on Zoom, and a link to it can be found in the WHOVA Conference App.

If you are not attending the conference, but would like to come to the AGM, please email me, and I will send you an access link.  

At the AGM, we will be approving the 2021 Agenda, 2020 AGM Minutes and the 2020 Audited Financial Statements, which will be posted to the website early next week.  We ask that anyone attending the AGM take a few moments to review all of the relevant documents prior to the meeting.

Please be sure to come to the AGM to participate in electing officers to the board, to exercise your rights as a member and vote on important motions, and  to review the happenings of the past year.

At the end of the AGM, instead of having a wine and cheese, we will have a draw for all members in attendance for the following:

• A two year ATESL membership,
• A  free 2022 Conference registration,
• A $100 Earls Gift Card,
• A $100 Keg Gift Card, 
• A "Mosaic CARE Cookbook" - (a compilation of student recipes from around the globe  printed by the Central Alberta Refugee Effort in Red Deer.)
