The ESL profession is filled with talented, dedicated individuals who have developed expertise by working with diverse second language learning populations.  The cumulative expertise of the ESL teaching community is an invaluable resource to support the professional growth of peers in the field. As a result, the first South ATESL professional development event for the year 2021 will be a community of practitioners sharing session – local ESL educators and administrators will share best practices, activities, resources, or great ideas to promote discussion and contemplation with a focus on motivating learners.

Please come and join in the event as a participant or presenter.  If you are interested in sharing a brief talk (5-15min) about a best practice, activity, resource, etc., for engaging unmotivated learners please contact:
