Each week, the team that brought you Learning English with CBC will post a new podcast episode about something going on in our community or in the news.

The episodes will be at a high beginner level, around CLB 4, and an intermediate level at CLB6+. Once again, you will hear the magical voice of Don Bell.

You can find language learning activities, Quizlet vocabulary practice and transcripts to help learners read along with Don.

In time for our launch on Family Day (February 15) 2021, we have already posted episodes on racism in Calgary firehalls, challenges for long distance truckers, the Keystone XL pipeline, and the Covid vaccine queue jumpers podcast is coming! Each week something new, topical and interesting will be uploaded.
