Pharmacy Communication Assessment Criteria
This assessment rubric is designed to help instructors assess the overall communicative ability of an International Phamacy Graduate in case study / scenario situations in a community pharmacy setting. The rubric is designed to help break down a communicative event into components to provide better feedback to the student on his/her performance. It is tied closely to the Pharmacy Evaluating Board of Canada (PEBC) framework competencies as well as in-house assessment tools used at the Bredin Institute. The test is designed for Internationally Trained Pharmacists at CLB 6-8 who intend to work in a community pharmacy setting, and who intend on challenging the PEBC's structured practical examinations.
