Workplace Online Retention Class (WORC)
Specialized on-line language course for newcomers who struggle to maintain or advance in their employment/careers.
Training was offered through Learning Management System (LMS), where newcomers with Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) 4-5 engaged with short,interactive English online training geared towards employment.
